Tuesday= 3 miles easy
Wednesday= Rest
Thursday= TBH; run 3 miles easy
Friday= Rest
Saturday= 28 mile bike; Swim 100 warm up, 2 x 400, 200 bilateral cool down
Sunday = 8 am Run 10 miles easy start negative splits to hill sprint finish
