9/25 – 10/1
Monday= TBH: Swim 100 warm up, 100 single arm drill, 8 x 50 with 30 seconds rest, 200 bilateral cool down,
Tuesday= Bike Trainer 30 minutes, 1 mile hill repeats,
Wednesday= Rest
Thursday= TBH: 3 easy miles
Friday= Rest
Saturday = Swim 100 warmup, 4 x 50 with paddles, 4 x 50 race pace, 200 bilateral cool down
Sunday = Cowbell half marathon
