Monday= TBH:
Tuesday= Rest
Wednesday= Rest
Thursday= TBH;
Friday= Rest
Saturday = Swim 100 warmup, 4 x 50 with paddles, 4 x 50 race pace, 200 bilateral cool down
Sunday = Litchfield half marathon
