Tuesday = Bike spin 30 min, followed by a 1 mile run
Wednesday = Rest
Thursday = Strength training followed with a 1 mile run
Friday = Rest
Saturday = Swim
Bike spin 30 min, followed by a 2 mile run
Sunday = Rec Plex Short Indoor Tri
