Swimming is an activity you probably did as a kid while enjoying the summer. It is the most physically demanding activity you can do with the least amount of wear on the body. If you are interested in being active, fit and healthy, you just might want to give Swimming another try. Endurance Madness has weekly group swims and all levels are welcome.
